Former MLA Shri. Ishwarrao Narayanrao Bhosikar has done remarkable work as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Kandhar, as well as a Member of the Legislative Council (MLC). He has also held the prominent positions of Secretary of the Marathwada Khadi Gramodyog Samiti and Former Chairman of MHADA (Sambhajinagar). Beyond his political and administrative roles, he is a dedicated social worker who is always committed to helping needy people.

He is the Founder-Director of the Netaji Subhashchandra Bose Shikshan Sanstha in Kandhar, under whose guidance a network of schools and nursing institutions — including Saraswati G.N.M. Nursing Institute — continues to serve students across Nanded district.

Mahesh Rajendra Bhosikar is a highly educated and dedicated young leader with a strong passion for education and social service. He is continuously striving to ensure that underprivileged and economically weaker students get access to quality education and opportunities to reach higher positions in life.

As a President, Kandhar Taluka Youth Congress Committee, he is actively involved in social and educational activities. He is committed to understanding students’ difficulties and providing them with proper guidance, encouragement, and educational opportunities.

He has shown an unwavering dedication to academically uplifting students from poor, farming, and working-class backgrounds, striving to bring them into the mainstream of society.

During his extensive tenure, he has performed the noble work of not just imparting knowledge, but truly shaping a generation. He is widely renowned in the surrounding region as a disciplined administrator, a visionary leader, and a teacher with immense affection for his students. The core of his approach has been to instill a love for learning among rural students, provide a platform for their hidden talents, and ensure their holistic development.

As the Secretary of the Netaji Subhashchandra Bose Shikshan Sanstha, he has played a pivotal role in the institution's progress. To ensure that modern educational methods and technology reach rural children, he consistently emphasized the development of physical infrastructure and high-quality initiatives within the school. Guided by the principle that “no deserving student should be deprived of education due to adverse circumstances,” he has also extended a helping hand to many on a personal level.
